“I found the hotel notable for its position just off the main Skegness drag, offering both quiet and convenience. The community feel cultivated here clearly keeps guests returning. With gardens, dining, and proximity to the beach, it strikes me as a solid base for family holidays.”

Guests often comment on the clean and spacious rooms, some noting that the decor could use a bit of refreshing with minor chips and marks. a decent stay
helpful staff good choice bad wifi basic shower gel
the staff were very helpful with my belongings (i had quite a bit of luggage). they carried it to my room for me. the food was delicious and i had a good choice, despite my dairy intolerance.
i found that the wifi was quite bad. i had to stand near the door to get any signal at all and it kept disconnecting. also, the website mentioned luxury toiletries but there weren't any, only a small bar of soap and some basic shower gel.

A Solid Stay
attentive staff room upgrade easy walk
The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I booked a room upgrade and it was worth the extra cost. The location is suitable. It is not directly in the town centre, yet is an easy walk.
The WiFi signal was very weak in my room. It.
Facilities
8/10
Parking was ample, so I never had trouble finding a space. The hotel provides free parking to its guests. This is very useful when traveling by car. The building has character, with older design elements throughout.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included good quality ingredients, and the staff were observant. Dinner was excellent, and clearly the chef has high standards. I found the prices at the bar acceptable for a hotel.
Service
9/10
The check-in process was handled professionally and efficiently. A staff member kindly carried my luggage up the stairs for me. Ruby was kind and helpful during the evening meal and breakfast, she deserves credit.
Rooms
9/10
My upgraded room had plenty of space for clothing storage. The bathroom was quite spacious, this included good lighting. The bed provided great comfort and I found the pillows lovely and soft.
Danni, the wedding coordinator, was super friendly and helpful. the staff were supportive throughout our whole weekend stay! the buffet received positive feedback from our wedding party. everyone loved the rooms and how well the hotel was run. the kitchen staff deserve huge thanks. The food was fantastic.
the beer cans left on the lawn during our two-night stay, were disappointing.
Dining
9/10
The food quality is consistently high. we enjoyed a good choice and great value! the staff is really friendly. We come here regularly. it's an experience we always enjoy.
Location
8/10
The hotel is a nice walk along a public footpath. It goes through tree-lined paths toward the beach. the grounds had plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. the area is perfect for scenic walks.

The location is amazing! It is close enough to the main strip, yet it avoids the hustle and bustle. The outside pods are an really good addition.
